MIN provided engineering services for the renovation of the apartments and lobby areas for Bridgeyard Apartments.  Design included modification to plumbing system per the new architectural layout of the apartments and new panelboards for each apartment unit.  In the lobby area, Min provided new split type heat pump; indoor, battery backup emergency, and exit lighting; and fire alarm audible and visual devices.
