Electrical
MIN’s electrical engineering services include, but are not limited to the following systems, power distribution, lighting (indoor/exterior/site/high mast), telephone/data cabling, public address, communication, CCTV, card access, intrusion detection, fire alarm, and special systems. Our engineers have extensive knowledge in providing reliable, sustainable, and innovative system approaches including solar PV panels with net metering and grid-tie inverters, LED lights, occupancy sensors, high efficiency transformers, daylight saving technologies, and variable frequency drives. Commissioning
MIN is certified to provide commissioning through ACG (AABC Commissioning Group). Our commissioning team is led by our Certified Commissioning Authority. The Commissioning Authority will take responsibility for planning, organizing, and facilitating the completion of the process. Our team has intensive knowledge and understanding of technical aspects of HVAC, lighting controls, mechanical, and energy relation systems.
Construction Management
MIN’s construction manager oversees the construction process from beginning to end. Our services include monitoring the construction schedules; communication with the owner regarding the construction phasing plan; inspection and review of projects to monitor compliance with building codes, safety codes, plans and specifications.
