Min Engineering, Inc. provided mechanical and electrical engineering design and construction administration service for Keysers Ridge Maintenance Shop Complex, Garrett County, Maryland. 

The project included design of HVAC system, plumbing system, emergency generator ventilation and exhaust systems, fuel oil supply and return piping system for new emergency generator, replacement of existing underground heating oil storage tank near the shop with new, fuel distribution piping system, new emergency generator system, interior, exterior, site lighting, time controls, and power to new HVAC equipment.
