Min Engineering, Inc. provided mechanical and electrical engineering design for the approximately 490,000 SF Lyndon Baines Johnson Department of Education Building (LBJ) in Washington, D.C.

The project included preparation of complete construction design drawings and equipment schedules for run-around energy recovery system for the existing central Air Handling Units. New fans and existing fan modifications were done as well. Design of occupancy sensor for lighting control of the building was provided.
