Min Engineering, Inc. provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection system engineering design for McCulloh Homes Complex in Baltimore, Maryland.

The project included renovation of existing two 15 story, high-rise buildings and a new single story connector between the two buildings in McCulloh Homes complex. Mechanical design included new stand-alone HVAC unit, condensing type gas-fired boilers, replacement of existing fan coil terminal units, new dedicated outdoor air handling unit, and replacement of existing plumbing fixtures.  Electrical design included lighting, power for the HVAC equipment, fire alarm system, telephone/data/CATV wiring, CCTV system, intrusion detection system, and card reader system.
