Min Engineering, Inc. provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design and construction administration services for the 43,028 SF Maryland Transportation Authority Headquarters, Baltimore, Maryland.

The project included design of Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERV) to serve the conference/training rooms, reconfiguration of existing roof top units, and replacement of HVAC temperature controls with direct digital controls (DDC). Plumbing system for the first and second floor was designed in compliance with the ADA requirements. Dimming system for lights, rewiring of power distribution, audiovisual capabilities, card access, cameras and intrusion detection systems were designed.
