Min Engineering, Inc. provided mechanical, electrical engineering design for Naval Research Laboratory building 256 in Washington, DC. 

The project included replacement of existing chiller, associated cooling tower, chilled water pump, and equipment, isolation cooling tower service valves, piping, heat trace, chilled water treatment system, and all that are necessary for an operation back-up chiller system. Design for power for new chiller, cooling tower, and chilled water pump was also provided.
