Min Engineering, Inc. provided mechanical and electrical engineering design and construction administration service for Red Brick Cottage#4, Spring Grove Hospital Center, Catonsville, Maryland. 

The project included design of replacement of HVAC system, replacement of two existing central station air handling units, new two packaged gas-fired heating D-X cooling units, gas distribution piping, modification of existing supply and return air ductwork, demolition plan for existing R-22 refrigerant, and electrical work to support the new mechanical system.
