Min Engineering, Inc. provided mechanical, electrical engineering design for U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in Rockville, Maryland. 

The project included design for the replacement of existing Variable Air Volume (VAV) terminal units and associated air inlet flex ducts with new. Electrical reheat coil sizes for VAV terminal units and provided two to three typical electrical heating coils for maintenance convenience. Design for the replacement of existing water source heat pump unit with new. Design for the replacements of existing air conditioning units for elevator machine room with new VAV units. Design for replacement of existing parking garage ventilation fans of 36 with new variable airflow fans, which would be controlled by space Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Nitrogen Oxide (NO) sensors.
