Min Engineering, Inc. provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection system engineering design and construction administration services for 390,020 SF USPS Southern Maryland Network Distribution Center in Capitol Heights, Prince George’s County, Maryland.

This Design/Build project included replacement and upgrade of the HVAC system and related electrical equipment. Design included replacement of existing cooling towers, upgrade of rooftop units, and upgrade of all air handling units. Design also included upgrade of power distribution system and new lightning protection system.
