Min Engineering, Inc. provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering design for 145,275 SF Weinberg Manor East and West in Baltimore, Maryland.

The project included renovation of existing eight-story senior apartment building with 52 studio units, 110 one-bedroom units and 24 two-bedroom units. The design included 150 ton air-cooled chiller, high efficiency modular boilers, replacement of existing fire pump and pump controller, high efficiency gas-fired hot water heaters of 94% thermal efficiency and water distribution system, new emergency generator, interior lighting, power distribution, and fire alarm system.
